La Cuisine’s Café & Market will be a place where people in a hurry can mix with those who wish to linger, eating simply prepared yet superb food. Our guests will find a casual counter as well as tables and chairs from which to enjoy a peaceful moment to nourish the body as well as the spirit.
Our menus will show a healthy respect for traditional, full flavored foods, both artisanal and sophisticated, coupled with a dose of inventiveness and improvisation. Great breakfasts (served until 3 pm on weekends) will start the day. Lunches will include a wide range of favorites, including slow simmered soups and stews, chili, our renowned barbeque, hearty sandwiches, crisp salads and extraordinary baked goods!
La Cuisine’s kitchen is preparing and packaging an incredible range of items for you to take home, from Wasabi Almonds, to our favorite brownies. Snacks, hors d’oeuvre, soups, stews, sauces and spices will all be available every day from our market. Take home a deep-dish quiche, or an incredibly succulent all natural chicken potpie. Our smoker produces the most tender, full flavored ribs, brisket, pork shoulder and poultry you can imagine. Hearty breads and rolls will be baked each morning, together with breakfast pastry that will make you want to get up.
